Pilates

Pilates is a form of low impact exercise utilising slow, precise movement that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.

 

Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness abilities.

Thursday Evenings 8pm-8:45pm

No real equipment needed other than a mat, water and a desire to move!
